RL Fitness opened its doors in 2006 with a vision of helping people become fitter, happier and healthier. Clients of RL Fitness have ranged from 13 to 80 years of age. At RL Fitness, people receive guidance and coaching towards achieving a higher level of fitness and a stronger, more attractive and injury resistant body. Whilst some clients come in with specific goals in mind, we strive to give everyone a long term improvement that enhances every aspect of their lives.
All personal training clients have a program designed individually for them. There are no 'cookie cutter' programs here. Every person is different, and thus everyone receives a different method for their specific goals.
In November 2008, RL Fitness moved to a bigger studio. We also began offering the popular AFP (Accelerated Fitness Program) or Indoor Boot Camp sessions at this time.
As well as priding ourselves as being a successful local business, we hear what our clients are saying and have no admin fees, no start up fees and no joining fees like the bigger commercial gyms. At RL Fitness you receive a more thorough and professional service without the arbitrary extra fees. When training at RL Fitness, you only pay for what you use!
